pin to present: Christmas crack

With a name like Christmas crack, how could this not make the cut to be included in my series of "things on Pinterest that I actually get around to making"?

It helped that I had a couple of leftover sleeves of saltine crackers from a chili gathering, and a kid who was up early from his nap. He got conscripted to line up all the saltines on a baking sheet, a great way to keep him occupied for a little while. Not sure who gets the last laugh here though, because I really am totally addicted to this salty, caramelized, chocolaty toffee goodness now.

Super easy, and totally something you can whip up last minute for any Christmas gatherings you  might have in the next few days - everyone's going to love it!
