five things Friday: patterned pajamas edition

Is there anything sweeter then a freshly bathed kid clad in cute PJs? Which makes Hendrik's pajamas one of my favorite things to shop for. There are always so many cute patterned options out there, and since we just shopped for some, I had to share a few of my recent favorite finds:

Gap and Old Navy are usually my go-tos for toddler PJs for the cute styles and the frequent sales, but we've also loved our Hanna Andersson ones in the past, and also some cheap Amazon Prime finds from Venait Baby.

Hendrik and I actually indulged in a little online retail therapy together recently after a tough period of meltdowns and timeouts... it turned out to be rather calming for both of us to scroll through all of the options together, and I let him pick out one for fall, which means he's going to be sporting these characters rather than this stripey cuteness I would have gone for. I fear my days of being in charge of fashion choices might be coming to an end, but he is thrilled with his selection and cannot wait for his special package to arrive in the mail.

And now, weekend time - hopefully it involves plenty of sleeping, amIright?
