five things Friday: Amazon lately edition

The other day Hendrik had something he wanted, and I said that I would look for it online - to which he scoffingly said "Amazon doesn't have that." Oh really?? I think momma knows that Amazon has all that and more, given my utilization of my Prime shipping... So just for fun, I thought I'd share my latest 5 orders:

I'm kind of obsessed with these paint by sticker books right now - it's like doing a puzzle, but in sticker form. Started with an impulse buy of the kid version when I saw it at Target, and everyone in the family had so much fun doing it with him that I just had to try out the regular version!

The clothes steamer and texture spray were both blogger recommendations (here and here) that sounded so great that I opened a new tab in my browser to place an order, lickety split. The book also came from a recommendation, this time in podcast form, that got me to order right away. I gave it as a gift though, so I don't know how it is yet, but it sounds super promising for a fun summer read!

And then the streamers were actually for a work thing - we were launching a new journal with a little cake & champagne party at my recent conference, and I thought I'd make it even more festive with streamers in colors that coordinate with the cover design. Amazon had me covered there too, obvs.

Oh, and if you haven't ever tried Prime before, this month is the time for testing out the free trial - because Prime Day is coming up! The most fun day of the year (in Amazon land, anyway), when you can score some pretty amazing deals exclusively for members (these were my picks last year, and these are some other favorites).
