making lately: favorite crock pot chili recipes

Perfect for this time of year, and also perfect for parties - because my birthday kid had not just one, but two (!) birthday parties - I bring you my two favorite crock pot chili recipes. One with chicken, and the other a more traditional beef.

Bird-day party round one was all about the dirt cake, but round two was a dinner with extended family on a chilly and rainy day, so it worked out extra nicely to have these simmering in the crock pot all day. Chili = cozy, easy party prep, and feeds a crowd!
