experiencing: all of the many fun things that Legoland has to offer for a Lego-obsessed 5-year-old, along with some California sunshine and yummy tacos too. Our much anticipated spring break has arrived!
appreciating: the fact that all of the snow and ice is gone, and the sidewalks are fully clear for running weather. (The ground doesn't actually look like this where I live - the photo is from California last year, but it pretty much feels that beautiful for the winter frozenness and subsquent early spring wetness to have departed.)
wishlisting: a bunch of happy looking things over here, most especially these Rothy's flats, this adorable crossbody bag, and this book that is sure to spark joy.
posting: so many book reviews, because I'm reading so many books... If you are interested in books with a chilling element (but not too creepy), check out these reviews; for books with a whodunit element, check out these. And I'm soon to be posting a mini blogger bookclub review of Daisy Jones & the Six with Dana - if you want to join us, check out our Q&A post format here, and link up on May 5!
considering: kindergarten options for Hendrik, which is exciting and is also stressing me out - while there are several great school options in the area, we have kind of no idea what we're doing with this process, leading to missed deadlines and indecision. Meanwhile, his Montessori preschool teachers are teaching him subtraction with borrowing....
What are you currently up to this fine April day? I hope you'll share a post below, and visit some others - because while I appreciate so much that you all join in, with travel and work stuff this week, I'm afraid that I might not have time to stop by and say hi for every one of them myself, like I usually try to do... But I will see you on May 1 for what we're currently: admiring, playing, borrowing, remembering, and finishing.
